information, Japan Pure Chemical adopted a Policy on the Protection
of Personal Information on [November 2005] and takes comprehensive
measures in this regard.

1. In consideration of the importance of personal privacy,
JPC shall observe laws and social order and shall protect all personal
information in its possession.
2. When collecting personal information,
JPC shall make clear the purpose of collection, shall collect information
with the individual's
consent, and shall use personal information only to the extent
agreed upon. JPC shall not provide personal information to any third
party without
the
individual's consent.
3. JPC shall maintain personal information
only within the scope necessary for the purposes of such possession,
and shall ensure
that such information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. JPC shall
take comprehensive measures to prevent unauthorized access, improper
disclosure, loss, and harm to personal information
in its possession and shall take other security and management
measures. If
a problem should occur, JPC shall immediately take action to
prevent an expansion of the harm and shall immediately take
remedial measures.
JPC shall establish internal structures for the protection
of personal information and operate them effectively, and conduct
reviews
for
continuous improvement.
