We create added value by sublimating "Ingenious Formulation" into recipes for noble metal plating chemicals with our proprietary technology. Using our products in the plating process makes it possible to form a noble metal plating film of minimum thickness on necessary areas, thus greatly reducing the use of noble metals, which is a rare resource, and enhancing economic rationality. Our business since its establishment has itself been oriented toward the achievement of a sustainable society with less noble metal usage.

Noble metal plating technology is used for contact and bonding inside state-of-the-art electronic devices. We have played a role as a bridge between the fine chemical field and the electronics industry as a fabless, knowledge-intensive and development-oriented company that develops, manufactures and sells plating chemicals specialized for noble metals.
Along with technological innovations such as the convergence of personal computers, cell phones, and digital cameras into smartphones, some demanded characteristics are getting complicated such as miniaturization, higher performance, and lower power consumption. As the transition to a low-carbon society and the digitization of social infrastructure accelerates, the number of contact points and junctions of electronic components will increase drastically, just as the electrification and computerization of automobiles has rapidly evolved into electric vehicles. And thus, the use of noble metal-saving technologies will expand further.

We have set forth two guiding principles in our mid-term management plan, "Sustainability Management Initiatives" and "Recruiting and Developing Active and autonomous Human Resources", and have formed an ESG Committee that cuts across all divisions to take on the challenges of issues.
