Materiality

Based on our Basic Sustainability Policy, we have identified issues (materiality) that we consider important from the three perspectives of the environment, society, and governance over the medium to long term.

(1) Promote product development and business activities that lead to a reduction in environmental impact

Achieve the Product Forecast set for each development theme for environmentally friendly products.

(2) Reduction of energy consumption in plating process

Goals;
  1. GHG emissions reduction:
    Achieve carbon neutrality with respect to Scope 1 and 2 by 2030

    Reduce FY2030 energy consumption by 20% from FY2022 levels

(3) Creating an easy-to-work-in and rewarding work environment

  1. Raise the percentage of employees satisfied with the company's culture and systems, including the workplace environment, above a certain level (target majority).
  2. Acquisition of childcare leave for all who wish to take it
  3. Achieve a 15% ratio of female managers by the end of FY 2030.
