The Company will comply with the Securities and Exchange Law, other laws and regulations, and the rules and regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and will disclose information through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Information disclosed on TDnet will be promptly posted on the Company's website.

When disclosing information that is not covered by the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will endeavor to disclose such information in a manner that is easy to understand for as many investors as possible by utilizing various means of information communication, including information meetings, teleconferences, the Internet, and various printed materials, in accordance with the purpose of timely disclosure.
