Policy for Constructive Dialogue with Shareholders
IR and SR activities are conducted by the Representative Director, the Director in charge of IR, and IR personnel in the Corporate Planning Department. The Company holds financial results briefings for institutional investors and analysts twice a year. For individual investors, presentation materials used at these briefings are posted on the Company’s website. In addition, requests for individual meetings from institutional investors are actively accommodated through in-person visits and web conferences. Following guidance from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, since April 2025 the Company has simultaneously disclosed its financial results summaries, financial results presentation materials, and timely disclosure documents in both Japanese and English. The Company has also entered into an agreement with a sponsored research firm and publishes reports in English—particularly for overseas institutional investors—covering the Company’s business activities, the latest financial results, and information contained in timely disclosure materials. The Company regards IR and SR activities as a driver of growth. In addition to strengthening IR resources, members of management actively participate in dialogue with shareholders and investors. Feedback obtained through such dialogue is shared with the Board of Directors and utilized in efforts to further enhance corporate value.
